History
-
1935
In 1935, Etablissements ROLLIN and DUPRET, a company based at 6 place de l’Hôtel de Ville in St-Etienne (Loire), founded a creosoting and notching plant for railway sleepers at Paray-le-Monial. -
1987
The plant was bought by Larochette.
-
1995
France Bois Imprégnés took over the company and removed the company name ICPF.
-
1997
The Baret Group, the head office of which is located in Haybes in the Ardennes, bought the site and applied to the Prefecture for an authorisation to change of ownership: the company name ICPF was restored.
-
1999
Substantial investments were undertaken to completely restructure the site and the industrial tooling, to set up sustainable company management and production. The former treatment facilities were replaced.
